Delete your Moyan AI account

You can delete your Moyan AI account and the data linked to it at any time. This page applies to both the website (moyanai.app) and the Moyan AI Android and iOS apps.

Option 1 — delete it yourself (fastest)

Sign in to Moyan AI.
Open your dashboard and find the Sign out area (menu on mobile).
Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

Your account is removed immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2 — ask us to delete it

Email moyantraining@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my Moyan AI account". We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted and what we keep

Deleted: your login, profile details (name, email, mobile, profession, education), course and level progress, streaks, notes, tasks, goals, expense and money entries, quiz and exam attempts, aptitude results, certificates, messages, forum posts and worker listing.

Kept: anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you, and records we must retain for accounting or legal reasons (for example payment invoices), for the period the law requires.
