Terms of Service

By creating an account or using moyanai.app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
• Student accounts are created or approved by Moyan Training Institution and give access to the course dashboard, quizzes, final exam and certificates.
• User and worker accounts give access to the AI Hub, productivity tools and the hiring marketplace, but not to paid course material.
• One person per account. Sharing credentials may result in suspension.

Course, exams and certificates

• Course videos and material are for personal learning only — no redistribution.
• The final exam may be attempted a limited number of times.
• Certificates are issued when the required score is achieved and can be verified publicly by certificate ID. Fraudulent or edited certificates are void.

Worker listings and hiring

Moyan AI connects users with independent workers. We are not the employer, do not guarantee the quality or legality of work, and are not a party to any agreement between a user and a worker. Verify credentials before hiring.

Payments

Paid features are processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown before checkout. Unless stated otherwise, digital access purchases are non-refundable once access is unlocked; contact us about billing errors and we will review them fairly.

Advertising

Public sections of Moyan AI may display third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. We do not endorse advertised products, and clicking an ad takes you to a third-party site governed by its own terms.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, hateful, harassing, misleading or infringing content.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass access controls.
• No spam, malware, or automated abuse of AI features or messaging.

Intellectual property

The Moyan AI name, logo, course content, written articles and software are owned by Moyan Training Institution. You keep ownership of the content you create in the app and grant us a limited licence to store and display it to operate the service.

AI-generated content

Blog articles, tips, news briefs and AI tool outputs are generated or assisted by AI and may contain errors. Verify anything you rely on for professional decisions.

Termination and liability

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. The service is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kerala having jurisdiction.
