Vibe Coding Buildathon with Lovable

Arrive with an idea. Leave with a published app. Here is the full programme of the day — seven blocks, two build sprints, live demos and prizes.

Thu, 3 September 2026
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Kottakkal, Kerala, India

Programmes of the day

Every block has one job: to move your app from an idea in your head to a live URL anyone can open by 6 PM.

  1. Opening & team formation

    9:00 – 9:30 AM

Check-in, Wi-Fi and workspace setup, then teams of one to three are formed on the spot.

Everyone starts the day with a seat, a team and a working Lovable account.

  2. Session 1 — Vibe coding 101

    9:30 – 10:30 AM

How to describe an app in plain English so AI builds it correctly: scoping, prompt structure, data models and the review loop.

Your first screen is on the web before the session ends.

  3. Build sprint 1 — the working product

    10:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Guided sprint with mentors on the floor: pages, navigation, database, login and roles for your own idea.

A real app you can log into, with data that saves.

  4. Lunch & idea clinic

    1:00 – 2:00 PM

Lunch break with an open clinic — bring a stuck screen, a messy prompt or a business question to a mentor's table.

Blockers cleared before the second sprint starts.

  5. Build sprint 2 — AI, payments & publish

    2:00 – 4:30 PM

Add AI features, file uploads, dashboards and payments, then polish the design and publish to a live URL.

A public link anyone in the world can open.

  6. Session 2 — Demo round

    4:30 – 5:30 PM

Every participant gets the stage for three minutes: the problem, the live demo, and the prompts behind it.

Presentation practice plus feedback from the room.

  7. Judging, prizes & certificates

    5:30 – 6:00 PM

Judges score on usefulness, finish and originality. Prizes for the top three, certificates for everyone who ships.

You leave with a published app, a certificate and next steps.
